As a doula, I support you through your pregnancy and birth well into the postpartum phase. I offer you and your family nurturing care so that this time will be a joyous journey, by helping you sort through the information overload with ease and grace knowing that you are fully supported and informed. This paves the way for you to create space in your daily life as well as allowing your attention to flow where it needs to go to you and your new baby

Prenatal & Birth Packages

Investment  Information

$200 retainer due upon signing the contract

50% of the remaining balance due at our first prenatal meeting

Full remaining balance due by the end of your 38 the week of pregnancy

Prenatal Classes

Prenatal classes are a wonderful way to prepare for the birth of your baby. Every family has their own unique needs, we offer evidence-based information for you to feel confident in your decision-making process.

Your Confident Birth

  • Two prenatal visits where we address your questions and concerns as well as look at your
    desires for your birth. We look at and discuss your birth intentions.

  • Full labour and birth support.

  • I stay with you after your birth for up to two hours to support you with breastfeeding, bottle feeding as well as bonding with your baby.

  • Email, text and phone 24-hour on-call support from 38 weeks on.

  • Two postpartum visit within a week of your birth.

Your Supported Birth

  • One prenatal visit where we address your questions and concerns as well as look at your
